Who We Are
Jeannine Rudolph, Chief Executive Officer, has worked as a strategic consultant to labor unions since 1992, when she joined Greg Tarpinian at the Labor Research Association as its associate director. In 1997, they established LRA Consulting to focus on building the labor movement through bringing best practices in organizing campaigns, collective bargaining preparation and strategies, communications, and organizational development to their clients. She holds a Masters of Public and International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh with a concentration in international political economy and a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the Pennsylvania State University.
Michael Yellin, Senior Vice President-Communications, is a nationally recognized labor journalist and communications strategist with more than 25 years experience working for numerous public and private sector unions. He is well respected for his ability to clearly communicate a union message to a wide variety of audiences. His long experience in print, online, audio and video communications is invaluable in helping unions and union-affiliated organizations determine the most strategic, cost-effective ways to get their message heard. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan.
Denise Devlin, Senior Vice President-Campaigns, specializes in developing and implementing strategic campaigns with experience in all aspects of corporate, legislative and political campaigns. In addition to a decade of experience consulting for the labor movement, she previously worked in the California State Assembly and as a political consultant. She is a graduate of the Evergreen State College and the State University of New York, F.I.T.
